What to expect:

  • Weekly sessions (for 12 weeks) led by an experienced therapist
  • Learn DBT skills such as mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness
  • Interactive discussions, and homework assignments
  • Supportive community of peers facing similar struggles

DBT skills group teaches practical and effective skills to help people better regulate their emotions, increase their tolerance for upsetting or distressing situations, and learn effective interpersonal skills. The skills group also teaches and builds on mindfulness as part of its core set of skills to help you get and live the life you want!
